First of Senior Festivities

What is the Junior-Senior Banquet
First+of+Senior+Festivities

Every year, Juniors and Seniors look forward to participating in the Junior-Senior Banquet, which is on Thursday, March 28 at Marriott Legacy at 7:00 PM. The highlight of the evening is when Juniors are able to bestow Seniors with their character traits that depict their personality. Character traits are influenced and determined by observing students and how they act throughout the year.

Senior Lauren DenBraber said, “I’m excited to go to the banquet because it helps everyone feel connected.”

Additionally, receiving a character trait allows Seniors to feel acknowledged and can hear what nice things their peers and teachers have to say about them.

Senior Nathan Laperi said, “It is a great time to recognize the Seniors with their character traits and qualities that describe them.”

JSB is also a fun time to hang out with your friends and see everyone in the Junior and Senior classes. It allows everyone to meet each other and make new relationships. Besides the social aspect, JSB is a very formal event to be taken seriously in order to showcase our Seniors in their best light.

Senior Jackie Dominguez said, “I’m excited to have a fun night with my friends, see everyone, and hear the special recognitions.”

Overall, JSB is a great opportunity for Juniors and Seniors to bond one last time before Seniors graduate and leave. It is a wholesome experience to hear all the great things about Seniors and just to give them a special moment they will never forget.
