What age were you when you started this sport?
I was 4-5 years old when I started playing football.
How many hours a week do you practice?
I practice 25 hours a week.
Name one thing you are working to improve right now?
I need to be a little bit more patient and run the ball more.
Pre-game ritual?
I like to warm up, sometimes on a Peloton. I also try to be the first one on the field and stretch.
What’s something you need to do for a meet/game?
I get my wrist taped, make sure I have ankle support, and put on an undershirt.
How would your teammates describe you?
I think they would say they can talk to me about anything, I’m fun to be around, and that I’m an overall trustworthy leader.
Who is your role model, and why?
Vince Young. I’ve watched him growing up, we have a similar build, and he’s why I chose to wear number 10.
What is the hardest thing about your sport?
I could do better with my time management, I often feel tied down with all my commitments.
Name something that stresses you out?
Guys coming from the edge.
Name a recent accomplishment you are proud of, and why?
I was just offered to play at Tulane.
Before I graduate, I want to ________, and why?
Have a winning record and go to state to show how much I’ve improved.
Name one thing about yourself that most people don’t know?
It takes a lot to make me mad and I go with the flow.
