Thank you for coming to see your Prestonwood Lions football team at their homecoming game against Nolan Catholic. The game started at 7pm on September 29th. The players and fans alike were both very excited as well as eager for this game.
Junior offensive lineman Kaleb Kozloski said, “The main difference is all the students who show up and it’s a fun little function.” Kaleb is known as a strong leader who is known for dominating on the field, being encouraging, and always making his teammates laugh.
Juniors Zach Lipert, Kaleb Kozloski, and AJ Morreale all predicted the Lions to win with dominating scores such as one hundred to zero, sixty three to zero, and forty five to zero. It is safe to say that the Lions are very confident in their abilities to dominate the competition.
Junior Zach Lipert said, “A win on homecoming night would boost the team morale a lot and make this homecoming more fun.” Zach Lipert is a role model on the team who everyone can look up to.
Junior Linebacker AJ Morreale said, “It would be a great way to start off district play.” AJ is a talented athlete who is poised for a huge season this year.
The Lions are so far having a very successful season going three and one with victories over Episcopal School of Dallas, Bastrop, and Dallas Christian. The Lions can use the fuel from winning a big game on homecoming night to propel them through the rest of the season in hopes of bringing a state championship back home to Prestonwood.
