As homecoming approaches, there are so many exciting events and activities that are coming up! One of the many events that are coming up is the 2024 Homecoming Court. The 2024 Homecoming court consists of 3 girls and 3 guys from each grade, all of whom were voted by their peers for displaying Christ-like character qualities.
In specific for this article, we will discuss the character qualities, representation, and reactions of the junior and senior class court. Our junior HOCO court consists of Sophia Allen, Natalie Choi, Hayden Fox, Blake Dunham, Abel Mathew, and Kellan O’ Brien. Our senior HOCO court consists of Sophie Brashear, Chandler, McGaha, McLayne Powter, Nami Adenle, Numi Adenle, and Campbell Panetti.

What qualities do you think your peers saw in you that made them vote you for court? “I’m a hard worker in all of my classes”
How are you going to represent HOCO court during school?
“I will continue to help others and have a servants heart”
How did you react when you got picked?
“I was happy to see my friends and i got it together”

What qualities do you think your peers saw in you that made them vote you for court? “I’m not sure what my peers saw in me but i know that I always try to exemplify Christ like qualities”
How are you going to represent HOCO court during school?
“Continue to show school spirit and try to help spark excitement in students.
How did you react when you got picked?”
“I was so grateful my class chose me, I immediately told my parents and Charlotte jumped for joy.”

What qualities do you think your peers saw in you that made them vote you for court?
“I’m good at relating to the students and always hear them out. Im also very friendly and kind to my peers.”
How are you going to represent HOCO court during school?
“I’m going to continue to just be nice and cordial to everyone.”
How did you react when you got picked?
“I was so excited, I think it’s gonna be amazing and i’m so thankful.”

“I’m going to continue to show school pride at games and pca events.”

“I was super surprised and thankful to be a part of the court.”
