Every year, PCA hosts BWC (Biblical Worldview Conference), which enables students to deepen their relationship with Christ, and understand the religion that PCA strives to teach their students. The conference consists of two days of Biblical Scholars teaching the students their beliefs and understandings of Christianity.
Junior Timothy Mei said, “I loved last year’s BWC, it was very enlightening and there was much cultural experience, you really learn a lot.”
Students are never prepared for what the scholars may tell the students; it is truly enlightening and unexpected. Last year, Lee Strobel, a Christian Author, came to BWC to give his opinion to the students.
Sponsors are a huge part of BWC, it is not something that you should sit out on. Logos, the main sponsors helps thousands of Christians look, understand, and have a healthier interpretation of the Bible. PCA staff bring a huge part to creating and functioning BWC. Breakout sessions are available for every student, letting them learn more in depth aboutn the content being presented.
Sophomore CJ Gulley said, “I love using Logos and how they are able to integrate the technology into the Bible.”
Junior Chris Fu said, “I am so glad that we are able to choose our breakout sessions; we are able to understand more about what I saw, and I get to hear more from the speakers I liked the most.”
This year, let’s not skip out on BWC. The learning opportunities are endless, and the lessons given should never be taken for granted.
