I started running competitively at 14.
How many hours a week do you practice?
I would say about 10-12 hours a week.
Name one thing you are working to improve right now?
I want to be able to have a better heart rate recovery when I am running.
Pre-game ritual?
I always stretch and drink water to avoid cramps.
How would your teammates describe you?
They would describe me as very random and energetic.
Who is your role model, and why?
My role mode is definitely my dad because of his strong work ethic.
What is the hardest thing about your sport?
How challenging it is on your mind to push past what you think you can.
Name something that stresses you out?
Probably school, running is definitely easier.
Name a recent accomplishment you are proud of, and why?
Running my fastest 2 mile of the season in fluffy socks/without shoes.
