What age were you when you started this sport?
I started playing at 9 years old.
How many hours a week do you practice?
I practice and train about 15 hours a week.
Name one thing you are working to improve right now?
I am working on setting with higher hands so that I can deliver the ball quicker to my attackers.
Pre-game ritual?
I first pray asking God to guide my hands and my mind as I play, and then I listen to hype music to get me pumped up to play.
How would your teammates describe you?
My teammates would describe me as caring, encouraging, joyful, outgoing, funny, athletic, and organized.
Who is your role model, and why?
My role model is my mom. My mom is successful in so many areas of her life. In everything she does I see the love of God shining through her.
What is the hardest thing about your sport?
The hardest thing about volleyball is trying to side out quickly because the longer it takes a team to side out the more points the other team can easily gain.
Name something that stresses you out?
What stresses me out is things not being done in a timely manner, correctly, or on time because I am a very organized person.
Name a recent accomplishment you are proud of, and why?
A recent accomplishment I am proud of is being invited to the USAV Nation Team Development Program.
Before I graduate, I want to ________, and why?
Before I graduate, I want to enjoy the final moments I have with the people around me.
Name one thing about yourself that most people don’t know?
Most people do not know that before I played volleyball, I was a classical ballerina, and I love to watch Broadway musicals.
