What age were you when you started this sport?
Last year was my first year, so I started when I was fourteen.
How many hours a week do you practice?
We usually practice around seven hours a week.

I am working on building stamina to perform my difficult routine.

We have a pow-wow and prayer circle as a team.
What’s something you need to do for a competition?
I have to be calm, get in the right mindset, and eat a good meal before.
How would your teammates describe you?
They would describe me as funny, skilled, and strong.
Who is your role model, and why?
Krista is my role model because she is the definition of how to be a coach and she does her job well.
What is the hardest thing about your sport?
The hardest part is the stamina and endurance it takes.
Name something that stresses you out?
I worry about making sure I do everything right in my routine, because one mistake can mean the difference between getting a ring or not.
Name a recent accomplishment you are proud of, and why?
I am proud of myself for switching from gymnastics to cheerleading at a late age and improving a lot in the last year.
Before I graduate, I want to ________, and why?
Before I graduate I want to win NCA, because I want to continue the comp tradition.
Name one thing about yourself that most people don’t know?
I have had five surgeries because of injuries from gymnastics.
