What age were you when you started this sport?
I was 11 when I started to run consistently for a sport that did not include a ball.
How many hours a week do you practice?
I practice 10 hours a week.
Name one thing you are working to improve right now?
I am working to get a faster mile time than I have right now.
Pre-game ritual?
My pre-game ritual is that I always close my eyes and just forget about everything and focus on the run I have ahead.
What’s something you need to do for a meet/game?
Something I need for a meet/game to roll out my legs for a meet to try to get them as loose as possible.
How would your teammates describe you?
My teammates would say that I am a leader who tries to push everyone to be better than themselves.
Who is your role model, and why?
My role model is Ben Bower as he looks so restful when he runs and looks so at ease, so I want to try to be like him.
What is the hardest thing about your sport?
The hardest thing about my sport is getting out and running everyday to try to better yourself.
Name something that stresses you out?
Something that stresses me out is how to handle school with all the sports I am doing on top of it.
Name a recent accomplishment you are proud of, and why?
A recent accomplishment that I am proud of is running a 19:20 5k run because it is my personal best and I had to push myself to get there. That is why I’m proud of it.
Before I graduate, I want to ________, and why?
Before I graduate, I want to leave a legacy for all who come after I leave. This would mean alot and change history for the PCA community.
Name one thing about yourself that most people don’t know?
Most people don’t know that I spend 3-4 hours a day practicing for all the sports I play for the entire school year.
