I was 5 years old when I started swimming.
How many hours a week do you practice?
I practice about 16 hours every week.
Name one thing you are working to improve right now?
I am working on improving my endurance on freestyle to get ready for all the meets this upcoming season.
Pre-game ritual?
My pre-game ritual is praying before my meets and then using energy chews before all my races.
What’s something you need to do for a meet/game?
I need to get some good sleep, eat a good meal the night before my meets, and pack my bag for the meets.
How would your teammates describe you?
My teammates would probably describe me as cheerful and encouraging.
Who is your role model, and why?
My role model is my mom, because she instills so much wisdom into me.
What is the hardest thing about your sport?
The hardest thing about my sport is missing practice and immediately losing your conditioning and being set back a day of practice.
Name something that stresses you out?
Something that stresses me out is being in last minute situations, like being added to a relay last minute, or having a back to back race with little rest in between.
Name a recent accomplishment you are proud of, and why?
My most recent accomplishment that I am proud of is breaking 2 relay records with my teammates. I feel like that brought the girls on our team closer and made us stronger as a team.

Before I graduate, I want to leave a good legacy behind on the swim team.
Name one thing about yourself that most people don’t know?
One thing that most people don’t know about me is that swimming is the 5th sport I have competed in.
