As graduation is quickly approaching, Seniors are starting to make their college decisions. Third quarter is the most stressful one for all grades, but mostly for the Seniors. Choosing the college that fits you and your goals the best is the hardest part about being a senior.
The most exciting part about being a senior is getting to choose what school you will spend the next four years in.
Senior Riley Birkenholtz says “choosing to go to the University of Alabama was one of the best decisions I have made and I feel so blessed to call it my new home after graduation.”
Although, the fun yet stressful element to college decisions is the actual application to the college. There are many deciding factors that come into play when choosing what colleges to apply to. Some people apply to a college due to location, majors, community, and Greek Like.
Senior Emma Loschen says, “I am interested in Arkansas because of the Greek life and college environment.”
Not only is preparing an application very stressful, but so is the suspense of waiting to see if you got accepted or not. The pure joy of getting accepted to your dream school is like no other.
Senior Luke Rumsey says “when I got into Texas Tech, I was so happy because I got to go to my dream school for the next four years.” Getting accepted into the school you have always wanted is like no other feeling.
Senior college season is easily the most stressful season of the year. Although it can be filled with anxiety, the outcome always tends to be worth it. Future seniors, push through and keep up the hard work because it will be worth it in the long run.
