What age were you started running?
I started running in 8th grade when I was 13 years old.
How many hours a week do you practice?
I practice 8 hours a week.
Name one thing you are working to improve right now?
I am working on not slowing down during the race and keeping my pace throughout the whole race.
Pre-meet ritual?
It is to hydrate and drink a strawberry smoothie.
What’s something you need to do for a meet?
I need to eat healthy and make sure I’m well hydrated.
How would your teammates describe you?
They would describe me as outgoing and determined.
Who is your role model, and why?
My role model is Chandler Magaha, because she seems to know what is going on all the time and is nice to everyone.
What is the hardest thing about your sport?
The hardest thing is finding motivation to run in the heat.
Name something that stresses you out?
School work stresses me out the most.
Name a recent accomplishment you are proud of, and why?
I got a 100 on a debate, I prepared for it super hard and the outcome reflects my hard work.
Before I graduate, I want to ________, and why?
I want to be able to run 20 miles straight, because it shows perseverance and is something I’ve always wanted to do.
Name one thing about yourself that most people don’t know?
I am left handed.
