At what age did you start playing volleyball?

I started playing volleyball when I was 5 years old.

How many hours a week do you practice?

It depends on the week, but normally it’s 7-9 hours.

Name one thing you are currently working on to improve as a player right now?

One skill I can improve on is knowing where to place the ball when I hit.

Pre-game ritual?

My pregame ritual isn’t too much, I usually just pray and hype myself up.

How would your teammates describe you?

My teammates would describe me as really competitive and bold.

Who is your role model, and why?

My role model is either Coach Bryant or Jadyn Livings. Coach Bryant has always encouraged me and taught me the ins-outs of volleyball. Jadyn always pushes me to be the very best every single day.

What is the hardest thing about volleyball?

The hardest thing about volleyball is when you get in really long rallies, get tired, multiple transitions, and hitting so much at once.

Name something that tends to stress you out?

Something that stresses me out is tense games. It doesn’t really stress me out, it just makes me nervous to make mistakes.

Name an accomplishment that you are proud of, and why?

I am proud of going from a libero to an outside hitter by getting stronger mentally/physically and improving my vertical.

Before I graduate, ___________ and why?

Before I graduate, I want to win a state championship. Why? Our school has a very good program who is fully capable of doing so.
