    This Week Character Qualities:   Friendliness – Eager to share myself with others- Proverbs 18:24 A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

    All 7/8 grade students in conditioning or a sport MUST REPORT to the Field House for attendance before going to their sport or conditioning.  Students may not leave the school without being called out and signing out at the front desk. 


    6th – 8th grade Middle School Parent Minimester Packets are posted on myPCA under “Groups” “Topic” Minimester

    Leaving Campus During School:  All students must report to class even if they know they will be leaving school for an appointment.  Parents must call or email the school front desk (Mrs. Holden 972-930-4056) to request a student leave during school hours. Students will be called out of class and must sign out before leaving the campus.  Upon return to school, students must sign in and receive a pass to class for the teacher.  
     
    Save the February dates:
    • Feb 11th:  TONIGHT!! Introduction and prep meeting for high school for current 8th-grade parents. Horner Training Center Hosted by PCA Upper School Guidance Office. Topics: Future high school years, course selections.  Meeting to take place at the Upper School Building at 6:00 pm.
    • Feb 20th   An all 8th-grade on-campus conference “Lift Tour.”
    • Feb 26th    All School Worship/World Impact Day
    Digital Citizenship:7th – 12th-grade students must complete the Digital Citizenship course on Canvas.  The course will be available through the break.  Please consider this time as an opportunity to complete the lessons at your leisure.     Emma Stephens is a Senior and is a second year member of the LionNationOnline and serves as Co-Editor-in-Chief. This will be Emma’s 14th year at PCA. She is on the PCA Pom Dance Team and loves performing for a crowd. She plays the guitar, ukulele, and piano whenever she has the chance.
