Opening the doors of the atrium, one gets slammed in the face with 80’s pop culture. A quote from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off is displayed above the main doors in the high school.
Senior River Ridings dressed up as Rocky for Movie Monday. The Senior class has the 80’s decade so this Rocky costume is perfect. For most students, a simple t shirt passes as their costume. On the other hand, the Senior class usually goes all out.
Senior Lauren Meece also dressed up as an 80’s movie. Karate Kid comes back from the past to grace the Prestonwood halls. The first day of homecoming is always exciting and so fun to dress up.
Freshman and Sophomore geometry teacher Mr. Cunningham dressed up as Captain Jack Sparrow from The Pirates of the Caribbean. Showing the kids how it’s done, Mr. Cunningham really went off with this eyeliner and dreads.
