The time has come and the hopes are high, Senior Season is fast approaching. Whether it’s JSB, Senior Prom, or Baccalaureate there is much to prepare for and time is ticking. All the hard work for the past four years to be able to enjoy all things Senior. Seniors have been excitedly discussing the details of everything March, April, and May has to bring.
Senior Tessa Mosley, talks about upcoming JSB, “ I am most excited for JSB because I have been at PCA my entire life so I know how important is the tradition of JSB,” She then adds, “It’s become a rite of passage for a PCA graduate.” JSB is taking place April 10, 2026 and is a beautiful way to wrap up one’s PCA career. Seniors get a Godly character trait that encompasses their God given gifts. Seniors are eager to know their “word”, which articulates their individual gifts in one word.
Not only is there JSB to look for, there is so much more. The iconic Senior year prom experience is upcoming. Seniors are eager to know where this final dance will be. Senior Lulu Presby expresses her excitement, “I am so excited for Senior Prom, I have already been looking at dresses and am bittersweet about the fact that it’s our last dance.” The last high school dance brings a multitude of emotions and many want to make their last one their best one. The countdown is on for April 24th!
To celebrate this chapter closing graduates will have Grad Parties. These parties celebrate the hard work and accolades of the graduates. Allison Glenn, Senior, expresses her excitement, “I’m most excited for Grad Parties because there are multiple fun events to go to and the fact that it is my friends and I being celebrated this year makes it even more special.”
