As the sun rises on August 13, 2025, the seniors' final run begins. Some happy, some sad, all ready for the new year to unfold. The full circle moment was finally completed, from parents dropping us off for preschool, to their final drop off for senior year.
This was a sentimental moment for every student. For many people, they have been at PCA for fifteen years. This is the last year they can consider themselves Lions.
Senior Chris Fu said, “Honestly, it's really weird to think this is the last time I will be going to my classes for the first time.”
The new schedule has made the first day amazing. Instead of students having to wake up very early to see the sunrise, students were able to relax and eat food until eight in the morning. Many students are happy with this change, getting an extra thirty minutes of sleep a day.
Senior Blake Wilson said, “I loved eating breakfast before school. A lot of the time, I wouldn’t eat at all before school.”
This sweet moment reflects the change these new seniors will face in their new stage of life. Some excited, some scared, all ready for the new year.
Senior Kayla Yap said, “The sunrise was the prettiest it has ever been. I came early to see it.”
The sunrise was beautiful, and the memories before the school year will be with us forever. When the sun sets on the day of graduation, we will remember all of the memories that were with us through high school.
