As the class of 2025 rounds off the year with the start of the fourth quarter, administrators at PCA have come up with a brilliant bonding experience for both seniors and staff. A game that we all know and love-rock paper scissors. It has been said that students and staff are very excited to compete in this competitive and fun game.
Technology Teacher Mrs. Kelley Mcleod says, “I love being able to bond with the class of 2025; it is truly heartwarming to see the community at Prestonwood come together.”
The class of 2025 has an amazing opportunity to participate in a competitive game of Rock, Paper, Scissors in their final stretch of school to make memorable memories. This is how the game works: each student starts with one necklace. After a best two out of three, the victor receives one of the loser’s bead necklaces. They can challenge other students anytime and staff when they have collected five beads to win additional necklaces. The top three students with the most necklaces win fantastic prizes like parking passes for the staff parking lot, and an additional day off-campus lunch with a plus one.
Senior Lilly Gosset said, “It’s fun having something that brings school spirit because we have never really had it. As this is my last year, this is something really nice to see!”
As a sophomore, I’m so excited to take part in this new tradition when I am a senior. However, with a heavy heart, seeing the seniors leave is a bittersweet moment. Congratulations to the Class of 2025!
