Tennis Season Kicks Off with Exciting Home Matches
As the new semester begins, the Prestonwood tennis team is getting ready for a packed season, filled with competitive matches. With a mix of home and away games, the team is ready to serve up some amazing moments on the court. Here’s a look at the upcoming schedule and what students can look forward to:
Upcoming Matches:
Jan. 28: JP11 at home – The season opener promises an exciting start as the team faces off against JP11 on familiar courts.
Feb. 6 & 7: Ursuline at home – Back-to-back matches against Ursuline will test the team’s girls early in the season.
Feb. 13: Legacy Christian at home – A highly anticipated match, a new addition compared to last years season.
Feb. 18: Bishop Lynch at home – The rivalry continues as Bishop Lynch visits for what’s expected to be a closely contested match.
Feb. 20: JP11 away – The team travels to face JP11 again, the team that PCA always plays in the finals at districts.
Feb. 25: Ursuline at home – Another opportunity to demonstrate dominance on home turf against Ursuline.
Feb. 26: Nolan at home – The team wraps up a busy February with a home match against Nolan.
Feb. 28: Bishop Lynch away – A challenging away match that will demand focus and determination.
March 17: Cistercian away – Following a brief break, the team heads into spring with an away game against Cistercian
April 3: Parrish at home – The final home game of the season, and a chance to finish strong in front of supportive fans.
District Tournament: March 24-25
