Hallo-win!

Predicted costumes, continued dressing up, and more!
Hallo-win%21

Happy Halloween! Every student looks forward to Halloween yearly and starts planning their costume months in advance. The popular costumes change yearly and everyone is excited to use their own creativity and come up with unique costumes.

This year many students have predicted the top halloween costume to be… Top Gun characters!

Sophomore Mclayne Powter said, “My guess is that many people go as Top Gun characters or other popular movie characters.”

Top Gun was a hit movie this year, so it is not shocking that many students want to dress up like they are in the movie.

Also, a hotly debated topic is whether or not to dress up. Each year as the student body gets older, they question if dressing up is still a popular thing to do.

Junior Peyton Glass said, “I am definitely going to dress, but I have not decided what I am going to be yet. It will be a game time decision.”

Even as you get older, dressing up is something that you can only do one time a year!

The last, yet most important part of Halloween, is what to do the night of Halloween! Some go to Halloween hang outs with their friends, others stay home and pass out candy with their parents.

Junior Chelsea Martinez said, “I will probably stay home and invite some friends over to watch movies and eat lots of candy.”

This year that seems like the most common thing to do among teens!

Overall, Halloween is the best time of the year! It includes social events, the perfect weather, and candy!
