Senior, Lauren Meece, played the role of Anna Maria. In the opening scene of the play, Lauren introduced the setting of modern times. Overall the fall musical Godspell was enticing and had a great story line.
The Fall musical Godspell gave the audience a new look at if Jesus came back during modern times. Senior Hunter Hall played the lead role of Jesus. In this scene, Jesus was getting baptized by Senior, Trey Reynolds who played the role of John the Baptist.
Throughout the story of Godspell, the cast performed multiple parables of the Bible. In this scene, the parable of the Good Samaritan was performed. The story in the book of Luke showed the relativity of how this parable applies to all of us.
Senior Trey Reynolds playing John the Baptist, had a solo on center stage. New to the thespian scene, Trey sung “Prepare Ye The Way of the Lord” as he walked into the theatre.
Senior, Lauren Meece, played the role of Anna Maria. In the opening scene of the play, Lauren introduced the setting of modern times.
