The Lions Den is hosting a tailgate before the Nolan Catholic High School football game this Friday, October 20. Join us and enjoy for food vendors, bounce houses, games and more. Bring lawn chairs and tents or limited seating is available.

This Friday, October 20 is a Pep Rally Schedule.
Our spirit day theme is “Vanquish the Vikings”.  You may wear a superhero t-shirt with jeans.  No costumes or masks are allowed.
St. Timothy students will be joining us for our Pep Rally so please make the Lower School students feel welcome.

FPS Shirts and Sweatshirts are in! Please come by the atrium at the beginning or end of lunch to pick them up. Please wait quietly in line as we must mark off that your received your items.

MONDAY is the Pre-ACT.  Room assignments have been posted around campus.  Please check your grade and then rooms are posted alphabetically.  Remember to get a good night sleep Sunday evening.  Bring several number 2 pencils (NO mechanical pencils) and a calculator with an extra set of batteries.  We have a special schedule on Monday, which is posted, with 1st and 2nd periods before the Pre-ACT.  Testing begins at 9 am.
Monday, October 23rd, 9th – 11th grade students will complete the practice ACT. Please do everything possible to avoid any conflicts on this day as no make-up exams.

In addition to essential practice for the ACT, the pre-ACT also serves as one of the three qualifiers for certain class levels at PCA (i.e. advancing to either Honors, Pre-AP or AP classes).  We encourage students to perform at their best and take the test day seriously. Students will attend shortened periods 1st and 2nd before the exam begins at 9 A.M. exam.  A good night’s sleep and breakfast are certainly an added component of success.

Students need to bring with them:

  • Number 2 pencils (NO Mechanical Pencils)
  • Erasers
  • Water bottle and snack (for break time)
  • Calculator and extra batteries (Calculators will not be provided)
  • Phones are to be left in backpacks or lockers during testing
  • No iWatches allowed
