North Texas Giving Day is TOMORROW!

THREE important things to know:

1. We need everyone to go retweet the PCA post so we can win a bonus prize for most re-tweets.  It has to be on twitter and you have to retweet the original post by @PrestonwoodPCA.  Send a mass text to everyone you know to retweet it so we can win!
2. You can wear jeans and a green shirttomorrow!
3. Your grade can earn fun incentives based on parent participation. Participation is per grade, not a competition amongst other grades.  These privileges build on each other so each grade can earn them all!

70% participation – Crocs and Sandals Day

80% participation – College T-shirt Day

90% participation – Activity period treat (cookies with the headmaster)

100% participation – Lunch at Main Street Café (Seniors off campus)

REMEMBER – if you are asking a non-PCA student to Homecoming – you must have the guest approval form from Mrs. Holden’s desk – pick up one today!

If you are interested in representing PCA by being Levi the Lion at all Friday night football games (home and away) as well as at special events, please send an e-mail to Mrs. Morris.

Reminder, all students MUST have the laptop cover issued by the school on their laptops.  Due to so much damage on previous devices, the school issued cover is the only one allowed.  You must have this on your device at all times.

Juniors, please check your e-mail for an important message regarding the TCA college fair on Friday.  Your response is required if you want to attend the fair.  Please see Mrs. Considine if you have any questions.

The following colleges will be here TODAY (Wednesday) during activity period and lunch:  Belmont, Azusa Pacific, Westmont, Liberty and Mississippi College.  Please stop by and visit with the Admission reps in the Upper School atrium.

CHRISTIAN COLLEGE FAIR:

Students and Parents: Reminder:  As Dr. Moss and Mrs. Benavidez told you in your bible class, you are EXPECTED to attend the Christian college fair this coming Monday evening, September 18th.  It is a come and go event, meaning you do NOT have to stay for the whole time.  Parents:  we will have a financial aid presentation in the Connection room (A210-211) at 7 pm.  This will be the only financial aid presentation for PCA.  Please pre-register at myblueprintstory.com to get your barcode. We look forward to seeing you there!

Boys Basketball & Soccer Tryouts next week:

Boys Basketball Tryouts next week Monday & Wednesday during Conditioning (5^th) Period. Anyone trying out for basketball, must be there. Please contact Coach David Conrady with any questions.

Boys Soccer Tryouts next week Monday & Wednesday. All students who have Conditioning (5^th) Period must come in the morning to the Stadium Field. All students not in conditioning, will meet at the PSO Soccer Fields on Monday 3:40-5:30 and Wednesday 2:50-5:00. Please contact Coach Todd O’Neal with any questions.
